JOB 01 Flood · Pull · Flash · Cure

Screen printing at events for shirts, totes, posters, and real-time merch moments.

A live press built into your floor plan gives guests a reason to stop, watch the squeegee move, film the pull, and walk off with a piece printed in front of them.

Run by Merch Troop live-event crews: blank sourcing, screen burning, ink mixing, on-site operators, travel, load-in, and guest handoff.

SEQ 02 The press cycle

Squeegee → flood → flash → cure.

Every shirt that leaves the table moves through the same four-stop rig. We build the art, screen count, and rack flow around event speed — not the other way around.

  1. A1

    Squeegee

Ink is pulled across the mesh in one clean stroke. Bold, high-contrast art holds the registration when the line is moving fast.

  2. A2

    Flood

The screen is re-flooded to keep ink wet between pulls so the operator never stalls during a guest rush.

  3. A3

    Flash

A flash unit cures the print just enough to handle — the difference between a smear and a clean handoff at a crowded booth.

  4. A4

    Cure

Finished pieces hit the rack or conveyor for full cure, then move to a labeled pickup zone so guests grab and go.

SPEC 03 Why a visible press works

The print itself is the attraction.

PMS · LIVE

Visible craft

The screen, the ink, and the pull become the show. Guests queue to watch a shirt get made — that line is the activation.

PMS · BLACK

Smart art limits

Great event screen printing uses bold, low-color art that burns fast, prints fast, and reads strong from across the room.

PMS · CURE

Drying discipline

Finished goods need rack space, flash heat, and a tight handoff plan so nobody walks off with wet ink on their hands.

DOC 05 Fast answers

Common screen printing at events questions.

How much does screen printing at events cost?

Screen Printing At Events pricing depends on event hours, staffing, guest count, product choice, artwork prep, travel, and whether Merch Troop sources the blanks. A real quote should include setup, teardown, operators, equipment, and production prep.

How fast is screen printing at events at an event?

Speed depends on the method and artwork. The planning target is the line, not only the machine: product staging, art menus, guest names, and pickup flow decide how quickly the station feels.

Where does Merch Troop travel for screen printing at events?

Merch Troop is based in Southern California and regularly plans events in Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, Las Vegas, and nationwide programs with enough lead time.
